WE HAVE MOVED!

Posted by Audrey on Some Random Day

Welcome to Soul Monkey Studios, home to a certain fifteen year old amateur 3D artist. I use this space to display my artwork, as well as do that annoying adolescent blogging thing. SM Studios isn't yet a listed production company, but Audrey hopes it will be someday!

Okay, not really cookies...biscuits. But if I had said biscuits, would you have clicked this link? Would you? Huh? ^_^

They don't look anything special, but they're very nice, even if I do say so myself *smirks*

(I admit to putting all that jam on there just to take a photo...)
AND YES, I EATED ALL OF IT AFTERWARDS.

Pyrocluster Fun!

Can we pretend that
airplanes in the night sky
are like shooting stars
I could really use a wish right now
Anyway, here's a (rather ugly) shooting star made by yours truly, in Cinema 4D R11, with the aid of one annoying plugin by the name of Pyrocluster...

As of June 24, 2010, Julia Gillard is the new Prime Minister of Australia. Hooray! First female, and perhaps also the first redhead to lead this great land Down Under.

Her Welsh parents are ecstatic over her spectacular victory over what is possibly the highest glass ceiling in Australia, but the man who was Australia’s most powerful man until less than 24 hours ago is not so happy. Not having even completed his first term in office, Kevin Rudd is Australia’s shortest serving prime minister since the early 1970′s, and was obviously still reeling from his deputy’s apparent betrayal (although brave enough to crack a couple of jokes at his farewell speech).

The thing is, Julia, why did you have to go and assassinate your boss in the middle of the night? If you really thought you could have done a better job than him at running the country, why didn’t you wait til election season and let the people decide? Rudd might have been Australia’s biggest spending prime minister and most buffoon-like PM ever, but he was still our country’s leader, he was the man elected by the people, for the people, back in 2007. No Prime Minister deserves to be forced out of office, by his own Deputy, no less.

The next time you usurp the Prime Ministerial position from somebody, Julia, please take a ticket and wait in line to prove your worth.
